Returns/Exchanges
Skincare Product Returns/Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home-care purchase, returns/exchanges of un-damaged goods with no more than 50% usage will be accepted for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund will be in the form of a Saltbox store credit for use toward any goods & services. Alternatively, we can refund your method of payment minus a 20% handling fee.
To be eligible for a return your item must be intact, unbroken, and skincare products must contain at least 50% of the original volume. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@saltboxdallas.com. Please note that returns must be received within 30 days of purchase at the following address using the carrier of your choice at your expense. Alternatively, you can request a return shipping label from us and we will deduct $14.99 from your return amount.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, products missing over 50% of original volume, or subscription items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on skincare items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 10 business days or immediately add your credit in the form of a gift card to be used in our store.
Gift cards:
No refunds. Not redeemable for cash. May be used toward all goods and services at their current pricing on the day of redemption unless otherwise specified. Unused balances will reflect as a credit on the patient account.
Pre-paid packages & services:
All treatments must be sought within 12 months of purchase to qualify for special-offer pricing. Unused services remaining after 12 months will reflect as a monetary credit that may be used on current menu pricing on the day of redemption.
