Skincare Product Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your home-care purchase. Please review the return guidelines below based on where your item was purchased.

In-Store Purchases

Return Window & Eligibility

Returns of undamaged skincare products with no more than 50% usage are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible:

  • Products must be intact and unbroken
  • Skincare items must contain at least 50% of the original volume
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as Saltbox store credit, redeemable toward any goods or services.
Alternatively, refunds may be issued to the original form of payment minus a 20% handling fee.

How to Start an In-Store Return

Please bring your item and receipt to the clinic within 30 days of purchase, or call/text us at 972-677-9888 for assistance.


Online Purchases

Return Window & Eligibility

Online purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided items are undamaged and contain at least 50% of the original product volume.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start an Online Return

To initiate a return, please call or text us at 972-677-9888 for return authorization.

Returns must be received within 30 days and shipped using the carrier of your choice at your expense.
You may request a return shipping label from us; the cost of the label (based on weight and size) will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days, or
  • Store credit will be issued immediately in the form of a gift card for in-store use

Damages & Order Issues (In-Store & Online)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to correct it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products with more than 50% usage
  • Subscription items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on skincare products.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They may be used toward all goods and services at current pricing on the date of redemption unless otherwise specified. Unused balances will remain as a credit on the patient account.


Pre-Paid Packages & Services

All treatments must be completed within 12 months of purchase to qualify for special-offer pricing. Unused services remaining after 12 months will convert to a monetary credit, which may be applied toward services at current menu pricing on the day of redemption.

Saltbox Savings Accounts

Three-month minimum commitment required. No refunds. Unused funds may be transferred to another patient for a $20 fee. Credit card fees may apply. SSA funds never expire. Cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of relocation, remaining funds may be used for retail purchases online.
