Ami Montague
As the owner and founder of Saltbox Aesthetics + Apothecary, Ami brings more than 28 years of experience in the aesthetics and anti-aging industry and over 21 years as a nurse injector to her thoughtful, natural-looking approach to cosmetic restoration. An expert injector and faculty member with the Allergan Medical Institute for more than 10 years, Ami travels nationally to train fellow injectors in advanced techniques and previously spent a decade teaching aesthetic providers and laser biophysics at the National Laser Institute. Above all, Ami takes her time with every patient—looking at the full picture, listening to their goals, and creating a treatment plan that feels personal, intentional, and never rushed.
When she’s not at Saltbox or traveling to train fellow injectors, Ami loves exploring new places, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with family and friends—especially her daughter, Rye, and son-in-law, Charlie. She lives in Dallas with her two cats and an ever-growing collection of plant babies, and is always planning her next adventure.

Isabel brings 18 years of nursing experience, a background in plastic surgery, and over seven years in the aesthetic industry. Mentored by Saltbox Aesthetics founder Ami Montague since 2019, she specializes in natural-looking, full-face rejuvenation through injectables and advanced skin treatments.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Isabel believes the best aesthetic results begin with a thoughtful plan. With a refined artistic eye and a personalized approach, she partners with each patient to develop a year-long treatment plan tailored to their unique features, goals, timeline, and budget—so every treatment works together with intention.
