With more than twenty-seven years of experience in the anti-aging industry and eighteen years as a nurse injector, Ami Montague brings an exceptional level of expertise, clinical judgment, and artistry to every patient she cares for. She is widely known for her subtle, natural-looking approach to cosmetic restoration—focusing on balanced results that enhance rather than change. Ami believes aesthetic medicine should be thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in safety. Her treatment philosophy centers on restoring harmony and supporting long-term skin health, helping patients feel confident while maintaining their natural features.

A Leader in Aesthetic Education and Clinical Excellence

As a faculty member for the Allergan Medical Institute, Ami travels nationwide to train medical providers in advanced injection techniques and patient safety standards. Her role as an educator reflects a deep commitment to maintaining the highest level of clinical care within the aesthetic industry.

Before joining Allergan, Ami spent ten years teaching new injectors and guiding students through laser biophysics at the National Laser Institute, helping shape the technical skills and safety practices of many providers practicing today.

Her passion for education continues to influence the culture at Saltbox, where all providers follow structured protocols designed to support consistent technique and predictable outcomes.
