Saltbox Aesthetic Treatment & Services Package Policy

Please read thoroughly prior to purchase.

By purchasing a treatment package at Saltbox Apothecary in Dallas, TX, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Discontinuation of Treatment

If you choose to discontinue your package for any reason, the value of the used sessions will be deducted at their regular single-visit price. The remaining balance will be placed in your Saltbox Wallet for future use on any goods or services. No refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

Treatment Expiration and Credit Policy

All treatments within a package must be received within 12 months of purchase to retain special offer pricing. Any unused services remaining after 12 months may incur additional service fees based on current pricing, or be converted to a monetary credit in your Saltbox Wallet based on the original purchase price. Credits may be applied toward treatments at current pricing.

 

Add-An-Area Packages

Discounted “Add an Area” services must be performed on the same day as the primary treatment.

If you are unable to receive the add-on treatment on the same day due to a valid medical reason (e.g., skin condition or injury), an additional fee of up to $200 may apply when you return for treatment of that area.
