- No eyelash extensions
- No recent eye infections or eye surgery in the last year
Booking Policy
A retainer is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total. Retainers are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules incur a $250 fee. Appointments confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled time cannot be moved. Missed appointments are considered no-shows and the retainer will be forfeited.
