How does my Saltbox Wallet work?
Choose a monthly contribution starting at $75. 100% of each contribution is automatically credited to your Saltbox Wallet for eligible future treatments and purchases.
What is the membership commitment?
Membership begins with six consecutive monthly payments, then automatically continues month to month until canceled. Review the membership agreement for full cancellation terms.
Is there a monthly membership fee?
There is no separate monthly membership fee. Your full monthly contribution goes to your wallet. Other applicable policies and fees are governed by the membership agreement.
Do my wallet funds expire?
No. Your wallet funds never expire and remain available for eligible purchases even if you cancel. Member perks end when your membership ends.
How often can I use my member perks?
Active members receive one complimentary B12 or glutathione injection each quarter and may book one $99 IPL or Laser Genesis treatment every six months, with at least six months between treatments. The 20% skincare and retail discount applies to eligible items; exclusions apply.
Do unused member benefits roll over?
No. Member benefits must be redeemed within their applicable benefit period. Unredeemed benefits do not roll over. This does not affect your contributed Saltbox Wallet funds, which never expire.
How do I receive the welcome gift?
